The primary objective was to develop a complete analysis that would allow to know and analyze the knowledge of the population on the management of generated waste, and that would serve as a reference for developing specific policies and programs in the field of Circular Economy.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">During the process, the municipality delved into participation mechanisms to consolidate the democratic culture, carrying out extensive active listening to citizens. Special focus was placed on understanding the perception of the neighborhood on the new organic waste fraction and the problems in the coastal area were analyzed. To collect this information, participation surveys were carried out both online and at street level in the urban environment, and an itinerant day on the coast during the summer season.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All suggestions and proposals provided by citizens were integrated into a Participatory Diagnostic Report. This final document provided a global vision, adapted to the real needs of the municipality, and served as a basis for inclusive decision-making in the future waste collection and management system. L'objectiu primordial va ser elaborar una an\u00e0lisi completa que permetera con\u00e9ixer i analitzar el coneixement de la poblaci\u00f3 sobre la gesti\u00f3 de residus generats , i que servira de refer\u00e8ncia per a desenrotllar pol\u00edtiques i programes espec\u00edfics en mat\u00e8ria d'Economia Circular.<\/p> <p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/p> <p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durant el proc\u00e9s, el municipi va aprofundir en mecanismes de participaci\u00f3 per a consolidar la cultura democr\u00e0tica, realitzant una \u00e0mplia escolta activa a la ciutadania. Es va posar un focus especial a con\u00e9ixer la percepci\u00f3 del ve\u00efnatge sobre la nova fracci\u00f3 de residus org\u00e0nics i es van analitzar les problem\u00e0tiques en la zona costanera. Per a recaptar esta informaci\u00f3, es van dur a terme enquestes de participaci\u00f3 tant en l\u00ednia com a peu de carrer en l'entorn urb\u00e0, i una jornada itinerant en la costa durant l'\u00e8poca estival.<\/p> <p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/p> <p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tots els suggeriments i propostes aportades per la ciutadania es van integrar en un Informe de Diagn\u00f2stic Participat. Este document final va proporcionar una visi\u00f3 global, adaptada a les necessitats reals del municipi, i va servir de base per a la presa de decisions inclusives en el futur sistema de recollida i gesti\u00f3 de residus.
