The Guardamar de la Safor City Council has designed the project "Let's talk about sexual health", an initiative that aims to provide the youth of the municipality with tools and knowledge to experience emotional and sexual relationships from a perspective of respect, equality and the prevention of violence.<\/p>\n

The program includes three workshops differentiated according to the life stage, with the aim of adapting the contents and offering a safe space for dialogue and reflection:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • First stage (12-17 years old): \u201cLet's reflect on romantic love and myths\u201d, to identify erroneous beliefs and learn how to build healthy relationships from adolescence.<\/li>\n
  • Second stage (18-23 years old): \u201cDemystifying sexuality and preventing gender violence\u201d, which addresses the influence of social networks, the importance of consent and the risks of misinformation.<\/li>\n
  • Third stage (24-30 years old): \u201cElimination of taboos for healthy and egalitarian sexuality\u201d, where self-esteem, self-care and emotional well-being will be worked on as keys in relationships.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    With this initiative, Guardamar de la Safor reinforces its commitment to youth, making available spaces of trust and learning that contribute to well-being, prevention and the construction of a more egalitarian and informed society.<\/p>\n

    "Let's talk about sexual health" has the financial support of the Valencia Provincial Council, which has granted the City Council a subsidy of 1,000 euros within the call for proposals for municipalities with up to 20,000 inhabitants for municipal youth activities and programs 2025.<\/p> <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

    L\u2019Ajuntament de Guardamar de la Safor ha dissenyat el projecte \u201cParlem de salut sexual\u201d, una iniciativa que vol acostar a la joventut del municipi eines i coneixements per a viure les relacions afectives i sexuals des del respecte, la igualtat i la prevenci\u00f3 de la viol\u00e8ncia.<\/p>

    El programa inclou tres tallers diferenciats segons l\u2019etapa vital, amb la finalitat d\u2019adaptar els continguts i oferir un espai segur de di\u00e0leg i reflexi\u00f3:<\/p>

    • Primera etapa (12-17 anys): \u201cReflexionem sobre l\u2019amor rom\u00e0ntic i els mites\u201d, per a identificar creences err\u00f2nies i aprendre a construir relacions saludables des de l\u2019adolesc\u00e8ncia.<\/li>
    • Segona etapa (18-23 anys): \u201cDesmitificant la sexualitat i prevenint la viol\u00e8ncia de g\u00e8nere\u201d, que aborda la influ\u00e8ncia de les xarxes socials, la import\u00e0ncia del consentiment i els riscos de la desinformaci\u00f3.<\/li>
    • Tercera etapa (24-30 anys): \u201cEliminaci\u00f3 de tab\u00fas per a una sexualitat sana i igualit\u00e0ria\u201d, on es treballar\u00e0 l\u2019autoestima, l\u2019autocura i el benestar emocional com a claus en les relacions.<\/li> <\/ul>

      Amb aquesta iniciativa, Guardamar de la Safor refor\u00e7a el seu comprom\u00eds amb la joventut, posant al seu abast espais de confian\u00e7a i aprenentatge que contribueixen al benestar, a la prevenci\u00f3 i a la construcci\u00f3 d\u2019una societat m\u00e9s igualit\u00e0ria i informada.<\/p>
